QUALIFICATION :
- Delegate shall be a natural woman at birth
- Applicants must undergo vetting process
- Delegate shall be of good moral character
- Delegate must be between the ages of Ages 18 and older
- Open to everyone who have a genuine passion and love for Haiti
- If accepted there is an application fee of $499 pageant entry
- Contestants will be groomed, trained on pageant presentation
- Wardrobe and image consultation/ etiquette course, effective interviewing skills and public speaking
